Are you a Private Client Solicitor or CILEX looking to join an established practice which is offering hybrid working?
Our client is a 10 Partner practice servicing clients in the Tunbridge Wells and surrounding areas for over 200yrs. You will be joining the East Grinstead office of this practice working alongside 2 Private Client Fee Earners supported by Legal Secretaries/Support staff.
You will be dealing with an existing workload acting primarily for private individuals (some HNW), work includes the drafting of Wills, LPAs and POAs, dealing with Probate & Estate matters, Court of Protection work, Trusts and personal Tax Planning. Any additional experience with contentious matters would be an advantage.
STEP or SFTE membership would be an advantage.
The role is available either on a full time basis although 4 days may also be considered, this role offers Hybrid working.
Generous salary and benefits including generous pension contribution, life assurance and bonus.
