Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Wills & Trusts Caseworker to join our esteemed legal practice. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of private client law and demonstrate exceptional negotiation skills. This role involves providing comprehensive legal advice and support to clients on a range of matters, including wills, trusts, estate planning, and probate.

Responsibilities
• Work alongside our Solicitors to provide expert legal advice to private clients on matters related to wills, trusts, and estate planning.
• Draft and review legal documents, including wills, powers of attorney, and trust deeds.
• Negotiate terms and conditions on behalf of clients in various legal transactions.
• Assist clients with the administration of estates and probate processes.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all client interactions and transactions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
• Stay updated on relevant legislation and best practices within private client law.

Requirements
• 3 full years' experience in UK to private clients on matters related to wills, trusts, and estate planning.
• Proven experience in private client law, particularly in wills, trusts, and probate matters.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to advocate effectively for clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High level of attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• A commitment to providing exceptional client service and maintaining confidentiality at all times.
