Window and Door Installer
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Window and Door Installers with professional experience in residential and/or commercial installations. You’ll be responsible for performing high-quality installations while working alongside a small crew to complete jobs safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Install a variety of windows and doors (vinyl, wood, aluminum, etc.) in residential homes
Ensure accurate measurements, cutting, leveling, and sealing of units
Remove and replace old windows/doors with minimal disruption to existing structures
Use hand and power tools to complete installations to code and manufacturer specifications
Communicate with customers on-site in a professional manner
Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building code
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
Minimum of 2–3 years of experience installing windows and doors or a related trade
Proficient with construction tools and techniques
Aluminum Brake and caulking experience
Strong knowledge of a variety of building envelopes and installation best practices
Ability to lift and carry in excess of 75 lbs and work at heights when required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Requirements:
Ability to use basic hand and power tools
Reliable transportation to and from job sites
Willingness to learn and take direction
Strong work ethic and punctuality
Work outside in all types of weather

We are also seeking reliable and hardworking Window and Door Installation Helpers to assist with residential and window and door installations. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and able to work effectively as part of a team. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the trades and build a career in construction and installation services.
Responsibilities:
Assist lead installers with window and door installation tasks
Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment
Prepare job sites by cleaning and setting up necessary equipment
Help measure, cut, and fit materials as needed
Perform basic carpentry tasks under supervision
Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Communicate effectively with team members and clients
Based out of Loretto Ontario, mostly all Jobs are in the GTA with the occasional Muskoka Cottages. We can arrange for you to either meet onsite if convenient or start and finish your day at the shop.
