Urgently hiring - Window & Door Installers

As we continue to grow rapidly, we’re expanding our network of professional installation crews to meet demand across the Greater Toronto Area and Southern Ontario.
The Role
We are actively hiring experienced, full-service installation crews to join our team of Installers. If you’re a professional crew that runs a tight operation, values quality, and wants to stay busy year-round with top pay — this is the opportunity for you.
What We're Looking For
We are seeking established crews of 2-6 members that are capable of handling full window and door installations, including:
Full-frame replacement
Retrofit installations
Flashing and sealing
Trim, capping, and finishing work
Requirements
A complete team (3–6 people) with prior experience in residential window and door installations
A reliable truck and trailer
All essential tools, including aluminum brake, saws, ladders, scaffolding etc.
WSIB or equivalent insurance coverage
Attention to detail and a professional customer-first attitude
What We Offer
Daily work availability — we can keep you busy 5–6 days/week. We have more work than we can handle!
