The Opportunity
We're hiring a Window Cleaning Technician to join our team with a clear path to advancement. This is a genuine career opportunity, not just a job. You'll start working alongside experienced technicians, learn our proven systems, and have the opportunity to advance to a Lead Technician role managing your own jobs and training others.
Pay Progression
Week 1-2 (Training): $25/hour
After Training (Qualified Technician): $27/hour
After 1 Month (Experienced Technician): $30/hour
After 2-3 Months (Lead Technician): $35-45/hour
Top performers who demonstrate excellence and commitment typically advance to Lead Technician within 2-3 months.
Benefits & Compensation
Superannuation: 12.5% of earnings
Annual leave: 4 weeks per year (pro-rata)
Sick/personal leave: 10 days per year (pro-rata)
Public holidays: Paid time off for all WA public holidays (~11 days/year)
Full-time hours: Monday to Friday
Weekly earnings: $1,000-$1,200 (entry level) progressing to $1,400-$1,800 (lead technician)
Work Schedule
8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday
Paid breaks: Two 10-minute breaks per day (morning and afternoon tea)
Unpaid lunch: 30-60 minutes
Working outdoors in Perth's coastal suburbs
