Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
• Research and analyze current system, subsystems and interfaces to understand the current or new process flow.
0 Enthusiasm to work with older technologies and innovate.
0 Stay actively engaged in the technology industry and understand how the evolving technologies can
benefit our organization.
0 Continually seek to improve applications including system performance, functionality, code efficiency, and code defects.
0 Develop appropriate data and object model. Develop code or adapt existing code.
0 Create or update appropriate technical system / process documentation.
0 Prepare and participate in the design and code reviews.
0 Develop design and solution to meet the requirement specifications. Present technical alternatives.
0 Communicate with our teams overseas (Xian, China and San Francisco, USA)
Qualification:
0 Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Computer Science required.
0 Professional experience in Software Engineering required.
Skills
0 Fundamentals in object-oriented design, data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, and complexity analysis required.
0 C++/Visual C++ development experience required
0 MFC and/or ATL with windows programming.
0 Working knowledge of Microsoft Visual Studio 2008 and/or Microsoft Visual C++ 6.0
0 Working knowledge of Win32 APIs
0 Knowledge of System Programming (e.g. threads, sockets, TCP/IP)
0 Experience estimating effort and establishing timelines for projects required.
0 Experience developing test strategies and test automation preferred.
