Working experience on ServiceNow Ticketing system
Experience with Share & NTFS ACL permissions
Hands on experience with Windows Patching process

HPDP & Commvalut Backup
VMWare Virtual Server Build troubleshooting issues
TeamViewer (For Remote Access)
PKI - Public/Private Key Infrastructure
Knowledge of Azure AD

Hands on experience with Server OS 2012 R2, 2016 & 2024
Troubleshoot & fix Windows Server related issues
Create/manage and troubleshoot group policies, Configure DHCP, DNS

Push Software's/ Applicaiton's from SCCM
Backup and restore using Commvault
