Job Description

• Windows Patch management
• OS installation and Troubleshooting.
• IIS installation and configuration
• Hands on experience on AD and DNS and DHCP
• Hands on experience on commvault backup (Monitoring, replication, backup and restore )
• Hands on experience on VMware (VM creation, Snapshot, Basic Network, VM Backup and troubleshooting)
• Hands on experience on Storage ( Lun creation, Lun mount with OS, Monitoring and data replication )
• Hands on experience on Trendmicro and EDR ( Client installation and troubleshooting )
• Good Knowledge on SR, Incident and change management ( ITIL process)
• Good documentation and communication skill ( SOP, POA)
• Basic knowledge of Linux
• Should have knowledge/hands on experience on VACA closures.
