Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Windows Engineer at SheWork.in's location in Gurugram. The Windows Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, managing infrastructure, and maintaining Windows operating systems. They will also oversee system administration tasks.
Essential
• Bachelor’s degree in a computer science or equivalent.
• Experience in maintaining windows, vMware or citrix environments
• Experience in supporting BAU support, incident, change and problem management.
• Experience in patching windows, vMware or citrix environments.
• Applying Best Practices for Windows Maintenance and monitoring [SCOM]
• Proactive monitoring and avoiding downtime of critical business systems.
• Vendor coordination and troubleshooting for h/w faults in servers and storage. Desirable - MCSE Windows Servers 2008/2012 or above O365
• Vmware7 or above
• VCP DSV 7 or above or Citrix, XenDesktop, XenApp, NetScaler
• Scripting [Powershell].
Application experience:
• Windows Servers 2008/2012 or above, Active Directory, SCCM, SCOM - O365
• vRanger/vReplicator, HP Data Protector - vMware 7 and above - MS Sharepoint. - ServiceNow . - v3 ITIL Foundation Certification.
