Location: Remote/Office-based
We are looking for an experienced Windows System Administrator to join our growing team. As a Windows System Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our Windows-based infrastructure.
Responsibilities:
• Deploying, configuring, and managing Windows infrastructure including servers, Active Directory, Exchange, and other applications
• Implementing and maintaining server security policies and protocols, ensuring system integrity
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Windows Servers, Active Directory, Exchange, etc.
• Monitoring infrastructure performance and capacity planning
• Managing backups and disaster recovery plans
• Collaborating with network engineers, database administrators, and other systems administrators to provide a stable computing environment
Requirements:
• At least 3 years of proven experience as a Windows System Administrator in an enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016/2026 operating systems, Active Directory, Exchange, Group Policy, and other Microsoft applications
• Experience with Virtualization technologies such as VMWare or Hyper-V
• Good understanding of networking technologies and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.)
• Solid experience with backup and disaster recovery technologies
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
