Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Windows Systems Platform Engineer at Vocalink in Dunstable. As a Windows Systems Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, system administration, server administration, technical support, and managing operating systems. The role allows for some remote work flexibility.

Qualifications
• Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills
• System Administration and Server Administration skills
• Proficiency in managing Operating Systems
• Experience with Windows platforms and technologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Relevant certifications such as MCSE or CompTIA are a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
