• Must have prior work experience in WPF, XAML and MVVM
• Strong knowledge of OOP concepts
• Hands on in TDD (test driven development)
• Proactive approach to problem-solving, taking ownership of issues and having the determination to follow things through Prioritization, and time management
• Should be able to work as individual contributor in development capacity
• Write effective and reusable code according to best practices
