The network offers senior domain experts through a flexible engagement model to help companies defend, revisit, build, and scale their financial models. FinGig.Pro's curated network provides access to Global Senior Executives and Subject Matter Experts for sustainable growth.
Role Description
This is a remote assignment for Winter Interns from 1st Dec to 28th Feb 2026. Interns will be provided with sufficient training on the services and the project expectations . There will be weekly virtual meeting to address issue, provide clarifications and review progress which will need to be attended without fail.
Projects
There are 2 streams of projects as under:
GTM Strategy
• Conduct SWOT analysis and develop comprehensive Go-to-Market (GTM) strategies for regions such as GCC, KSA, India, SEA, and North Africa.
• Analyze market dynamics and competitive landscapes to create actionable insights.
Digital Marketing Strategy
• Design and develop digital marketing strategies across various platforms with a SWOT analysis
• Develop a content strategy
• Generate a lead-generation plan and help in its execution
• Execute campaigns, measure performance, and optimize for better results
• Design and execute email campaigns
Interns will be assigned to specific projects, where they will be responsible for designing, developing, discussing, and piloting solutions to evaluate their effectiveness.
Key responsibilities may include:
• Conducting market research and competitive analysis.
• Assisting with campaign design and execution.
• Optimizing digital marketing channels and content strategies.
• Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics for actionable insights.
• Engaging in lead-generation activities and content creation.
Reporting
Since it is a start up, you will be directly reporting to the top management and working closely with them and be mentored by experienced CXO level founders. This internship offers a unique opportunity to work with CXO level executives directly, understand new markets and their dynamics, while honing your strategic and creative skills. For the time spent on the project you will receive a letter of appreciation from the management.
Qualifications
• Currently pursuing a PG in Management (Marketing, Business, Data Analytics, or related fields) from a premier institute.
• Any B2B, Financial Services industry, HR experience will be beneficial
• Strong understanding of Market Research, GTM Strategy, and Digital Marketing.
• Hands-on experience with campaign execution and performance analytics is a plus.
• Proficiency in content creation, copywriting, social media management, and email marketing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a remote, collaborative environment while working independently.
