Technical Expert- Wiring Harness Passenger Cars
Educational Qualifications
Engineering Graduate in Electrical/Electronic Engineering/Post Graduate in Design/Electrical/Wiring Harness
Skill Requirements
1. 2-5 years in Automotive OEM / Wiring harness / Engineering Service Industry.
Knowledge of Change Management, Variants Control & BOM management.
3. Release knowledge of automotive components.
Experience in Daimler Norms and DBL standards, DIALOG and SMARAGD (Optional).
Knowhow in assessing of production maturity process (machines, logistics, cycle time, personnel, test equipment, short-term capability, preliminary process capability, manufacturing process for the vendor parts).
6. Experience in sampling processes and PPAP knowhow.
7. Knowledge in other automotive electrical & electronics commodities.
8. Knowledge in working with production control plan.
+. 3D modeling, drawing creation, GD&T.
10. Experience in Drawing check, release management.
Job Responsibilities
1.Release of Automotive components through PLM Tools, (CATIA/NX) and support in Change Management Activity.
2. Co-ordination with onsite team.
To manage risks and issues impacting project deliverables.
4. Support Drawing check activities.
Seamless integration with the Team in India & Germany.
