Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Executive located in Ahmedabad. The role involves tasks such as hiring, communication, recruiting, employer branding, and IT recruitment on a daily basis.
Qualifications
• 2 to 3 years of experience in Technical Hirings (SAAS hiring preferred)
• Strong Experience in end-to-end recruitment (JD drafting to Job offer roll outs)
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Campus Recruitment
• Experience in conducting Recruitment Drives
• Excellent organizing and documentation skills
• Expert negotiation and closure skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
