JOB DETAILS:-
The responsibilities of a Patient Counselor are as follows: –
1. Help Patient understand and overcome social or behavioral problems through individual and group counseling.
2. Maintain statistical data for all Medical- related activities.
3. Forge robust and lasting relationships with the clients to derive the best outcome for them.
4. Help Patient to avoid unnecessary treatment
5.Approaching the patients in the waiting area of the hospitals in OPDs/health check-up/consultation areas as directed by client team
6.Proactively initiating the conversation on the services offered
7.Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
8.Share the counseling data / reports periodically to Management
