Role Description

Within the HR Talent & Development function, the ‘Global Leadership Strategy and Development’ team owns Deutsche Bank’s leadership proposition to assess and develop leaders. The scope of this role will be global. You can expect to work in an agile and flexible team model that requires contribution across topics and divisions. Our team plays an important role in the design/deployment and governance of leadership tools, psychometrics, processes and development interventions. This means that we are responsible for the conceptual house view on leadership topics as well as the design and deployment of leadership tools, such as assessment tools/processes, coaching practices, leadership programmes and their governance. You will work hand in hand with your HR colleagues to support key strategic initiatives that will further develop our houseview on leadership and how to bring it to life. You will help to build the capability of our leaders of today and our pipeline of leaders of tomorrow.

Your key responsibilities

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement leadership development strategies aligned with organizational goals.
Conduct in-depth needs assessments to identify gaps and development opportunities within the organization.
Design and deliver high-impact leadership initiatives, including cultural programmes and coaching initiatives at scale.
Partner with HR business partners to ensure integration of our leadership products with other HR processes such as performance management and succession planning.
Provide expertise in leadership strategy and governance, offering guidance on cultural integration of our products.
Develop and deliver cultural work initiatives to foster an inclusive and high performing work environment.
Drive organizational development efforts, including change management, team effectiveness, and employee engagement initiatives.
Manage external partnerships with vendors, consultants, and coaching providers to leverage their expertise and resources effectively.
Act as a certified coach to provide executive coaching and support to senior leaders.
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent development, consultancy, and organizational development.
The role will involve working in a truly global matrix organization
Experience/ Exposure

Approximately 10 years of experience in leadership/talent/organizational development field with a strong consultancy background
Significant experience with large global initiatives and strong programme management
Experience of partnering across HR and with the business at senior level
Proven expertise in strategy and governance, process design, and senior client coverage.
Deep understanding of organizational culture and experience implementing cultural change initiatives.
Experience working in a global matrix organization with a diverse workforce.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Ability to manage and influence multiple stakeholders based on an understanding of their needs and requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
Familiarity with managing external partners, such as vendors and consultants.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience translating business requirements into clear actionable development solutions
Experience working in a matrix environment and in remote teams
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in order to prepare and deliver client presentations
Agile and flexible; able to adapt style and plans according to the situation and stakeholder dynamics
Ability to independently identify a problem, isolate the root cause, work through multiple solutions, and formulate a realistic recommendation
Business acumen and commercial orientation
Proactive and outcome-oriented; focuses energy on opportunities for greatest yield
Resilient and positive; can-do attitude and self-starter
Curious and openness to learning
Education/ Qualifications

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Leadership Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Certified coach with a track record of providing executive coaching to senior leaders.
Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in talent development and organizational development.
Psychometrics : Preferably Hogan certified
