Asset & Wealth Management Overview:
J.P. Morgan Asset & Wealth Management (AWM) is a global leader in investment and wealth management. Its clients include institutions, high-net-worth individuals and retail investors in every major market throughout the world.

The Insurance and Annuities Solutions Product Delivery Associate will be part of a team that is focused on supporting the transformation in the way our advisors do Annuity and Life Insurance business with their clients. The member of the team will partner with our product management and development SMEs, operations and technology teams and various key stakeholders within the firm to support the delivery of key projects from research through release to support the business growth.
Core Responsibilities
• Collaborate with development teams to drive planning, delivery & readiness through endtoend product development lifecycle (ideation, implementation, maintenance, release, and support)
• Partner with product & development teams in the articulation of product features through intake/discovery, authoring epics, detailing user stories, prioritizing and grooming/maintenance of a healthy backlog
• Work within the agile framework to proactively drive changes that support new business policies and meet the unique needs of different client segments
• Partner with development teams to drive QA and ongoing testing activities, clarifying acceptance criteria and use cases as needed to meet team goals
• Partner with teams within the businesses supported on various technology deployments including governance and approvals when applicable
• Work collaboratively with stakeholders across LOBs, technology engineering leads, developers, and UX to deliver iterative improvements and continuous growth
• Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience in financial services, preferably with experience in wealth management, insurance, annuities, product or project management, banking technology or a closely related business focused on strategic or transformational change
• Strong product delivery/ execution, project/ program management skills with ability to manage varying timelines, priorities, and complexities
• Experience with Agile Framework and tools such as Jira and Confluence
• Intermediate Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio
• Ability to prioritize and strategically tackle opportunities independently
• Structured thinker, effective communicator with excellent written communication skills and ability to translate and synopsize data for decisionmaking
• Highly selfmotivated, personable, proactive learner and listener with ability to remain calm under intense pressure
• Experience working with technology and conveying business requirements
