We are seeking an experienced Women housekeeping professional to join our hotel team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our hotel rooms and public spaces are clean, comfortable, and welcoming for our guests. The ideal candidate will be a woman with a proven track record of providing exceptional housekeeping services in hotels and will be highly proficient in all aspects of housekeeping duties.
Responsibilities:
Work is in Maldives.
Clean and maintain hotel rooms and public spaces to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.
Respond to guest requests for housekeeping services in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are in good working order and report any issues to management.
Follow established hotel procedures for handling lost and found items.
Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times, and ensure that guest privacy is respected.
Attend to guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and to the guest's satisfaction.
Follow all hotel safety and security policies and procedures.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required. A bachelor's degree in hospitality or a related field is preferred.
Atleast 1 years of experience working in housekeeping in a hotel or similar environment.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain a high level of cleanliness and hygiene.
Manageable communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
A professional and friendly demeanor with a positive attitude towards work.
Flexibility to work in shifts and in every week the shift is changed.
Must be able to work well independently and as part of a team.
