Responsibilities
Position Summary: The Women’s Case Manager will be responsible for ensuring that residents are equipped with what they need to not only be successful in our program, but to thrive once they leave
They will be responsible for overseeing resident program activities, conduct Case Management meetings with residents guiding them towards a successful exit plan, and ensuring residents adhere to the Resident Program Agreement
Volunteer relationships are vital to our organization!
A critical portion of this position is in collaborating with volunteers to support, love and equip residents
This includes working with a large range of volunteers, from cooks to mentors and Bible study instructors
Conduct and document Case Management meetings; Coach residents regarding HRS Vision for Victory plan
Ensure all residents have a healthy, safe and productive environment in their day-to-day life on property
Work with resident mothers and their children in a way that creates a positive learning environment and provides healthy lifestyle directions
Plan, organize and participate in evening meetings (Bible studies and life skills classes)
Work with volunteer mentors and matched mentees to support their relationship
Screen all applicants, call references, process background checks, conduct interviews and make final decisions based on intake policies and procedures
Ensure all non-working residents are on the job search process, hold residents accountable for program fee payments
Ensure residents adhere to HRS policies and rules
Document rule infractions, dispense disciplinary action, and terminate residency when needed
Conduct home inspections and random drug testing consistent with HRS protocols
Represent ministry at events, which may include occasional weekends
