• Women's Fashion Designer Role

As a Fashion Designer, you will be responsible for researching global fashion trends, developing seasonal collections, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and execution.
• Research global fashion trends, emerging styles, and consumer preferences in the women's fashion market.
• Develop seasonal collections from concept to final product, including sketches, tech packs, and fabric selections.
• Collaborate with product development, sourcing, and production teams to ensure design feasibility and execution.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of textiles, garment construction, and fabric properties, as well as excellent sketching and design presentation skills.
Responsibilities:
- Create mood boards and presentations to communicate design direction and inspiration.
- Participate in fittings, providing input on design adjustments and ensuring quality standards.
- Monitor competitor products and market activity to stay ahead of fashion trends.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or a related field is required. 2+ years of experience in women's fashion design is preferred.
