Company Overview: We are a leading provider of products and services to the agricultural and horticultural sectors. Our Wool business is one of New Zealand's largest wool brokers and exporters, supporting growers to maintain and improve their flock and wool clip quality, optimise wool production, and prepare fleeces for discerning buyers.
We are seeking an experienced Fleece Coordinator to join our Napier based team. As a key member of our logistics operations, you'll ensure wool is picked up from clients' farms and safely delivered to the Wool depot.
Your responsibilities will include working alongside the team in our Napier wool store, maintaining the Wool Express Truck, and providing important support to our Wool Representatives. You'll also have the opportunity to develop skills for future roles, such as Wool Representative.
Requirements:
Class 2 Driver's License
Forklift license (preferred but not essential)
Physical fitness for manual loading and unloading of bales
Strong communication and customer service skills
Empathy with the farming community
Team player attitude
