About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Word Processor and Data Entry Clerk to join our team at JB Enterprises. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing documents, reports, and correspondence for our clients.
Transcribe documents, reports, and correspondence from various sources.
Format and enter data, reformat text, and merge documents as needed.
Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness.
Filing and maintaining our document management system.
Meeting minutes and taking notes.
Assisting with other administrative tasks as required.
Working Hours and Benefits:
This is a full-time position that requires a minimum of 1 year of total work experience. You will be working a standard day shift schedule and will receive a competitive salary range of $10,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month.
