Job Description
What you ‘ll do:
• We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Web Developer with a solid background in Microsoft Web Technologies, PHP, WordPress, and SQL databases. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the development of web applications, from concept to deployment, including front-end and back-end development.
• Develop and maintain PHP and WordPress, web applications using SQL databases
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy new features
• Optimize application performance and scalability
• Participate in code reviews and adhere to coding standards
• Troubleshoot and debug issues that arise
• Self QA (Quality Assurance) code prior to staging assets
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in web development
What we seek in you:
• Strong experience with PHP and WordPress development
• Familiarity with MS SQL/MYSQL databases and query optimization
• Exceptional understanding of and experience with front-end development including HTML, CSS (Cascading Style Sheets), and JavaScript
• Rest API (Application Program Interface) experience
• Experience with version control tools such as Git, Azure DevOps, Subversion, and TFS (Team Foundation Server)
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field is preferred
