About Us:
VAMOSYS is a leading provider of Telematics services, including GPS Vehicle tracking, Fleet Management systems, and Fuel Monitoring. We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer to join our team and help us create and maintain our company's web presence.
Responsibilities:
Designing and building the website front-end.
Creating the website architecture.
Generating custom, hand-coded WordPress themes and modifying existing themes.
Creating and managing plugins.
Conducting website performance tests.
Collaborating with the design team to ensure the graphical quality and brand consistency.
Ensuring responsive design for all devices.
Troubleshooting content issues.
Conducting WordPress training with colleagues.
Ensuring high-performance and managing all technical aspects of the WordPress CMS.
Working closely with Kinsta to ensure seamless hosting and site optimization.
Qualifications:
Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer.
Knowledge of front-end technologies including CSS3, JavaScript, HTML5, and jQuery.
Understanding of PHP back-end development.
Experience with WordPress theme development and customization.
Proficiency in code versioning tools, such as Git.
Experience with Kinsta or similar managed WordPress hosting platforms.
Understanding of website aesthetics and UX.
Excellent attention to detail.
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Strong problem-solving skills and a creative approach for new ideas.
Degree in Computer Science, IT, or similar field (preferred).
