Job Description
We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Web Developer with expertise in WordPress to join our team. As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress-based websites and applications for our clients.
Responsibilities:
Website development: Design and develop custom WordPress websites and applications based on client requirements. Ensure the implementation of responsive design principles and optimize the performance of websites.
Theme and plugin customization: Customize and extend WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific project needs. Modify existing themes and plugins, or develop custom ones, to enhance functionality and user experience.
Front-end development: Implement front-end designs using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, ensuring cross-browser compatibility and adherence to web standards. Collaborate with designers to translate visual designs into functional websites.
Content management: Set up and configure WordPress CMS, including creating custom post types, taxonomies, and custom fields. Manage and organize content, ensuring proper integration of media elements, such as images, videos, and documents.
Website maintenance and updates: Perform regular updates and maintenance tasks for existing WordPress websites, including troubleshooting issues, debugging code, and optimizing performance. Ensure website security and implement necessary security measures.
SEO optimization: Implement basic on-page SEO techniques, such as optimizing meta tags, heading tags, and URL structures. Ensure websites are search engine friendly and follow best practices for SEO.
Collaboration and communication: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, content writers, and project managers, to deliver projects on time and meet client expectations. Communicate effectively with clients to gather requirements, provide project updates, and address any concerns.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Web Developer, specifically with WordPress.
Strong knowledge of WordPress CMS, including theme and plugin development and customization.
Proficiency in front-end web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery.

Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
