Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled WordPress Developer and Server Handler to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining WordPress websites, customizing themes and plugins, and managing server configurations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and secure solutions.
Responsibilities:
Develop custom WordPress themes, plugins, and integrations.
Maintain existing WordPress websites and troubleshoot issues as needed.
Ensure website performance and security.
Write clean and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards.
Keep up-to-date with emerging web technologies and WordPress updates.
Create custom WordPress themes from scratch or modify existing themes to meet project requirements.
Implement responsive design principles to ensure websites are mobile-friendly and optimized for different devices.
Optimize website performance and ensure efficient caching, asset optimization, and database management.
Server Handling and Configuration:
Manage server setup, configuration, and maintenance for WordPress websites.
Deploy WordPress websites to hosting environments and configure server settings.
Perform server optimization to ensure optimal website performance and security.
Monitor server resources, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes.
Conduct regular backups and implement disaster recovery plans.
Stay up-to-date with the latest server technologies, security best practices, and industry trends.
Collaborate with team members to resolve technical issues and implement innovative solutions. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients to provide updates and gather requirements.
Requirements:
Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer and Server Handler or in a similar role.
Strong proficiency in WordPress development, including themes, plugins, and customization.
Proficient in front-end web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and PHP.
Experience with server management and configuration, including hosting environments (cPanel, Plesk, AWS, etc.).
Knowledge of database management systems, particularly MySQL.
Ability to write clean, well-structured code and adhere to coding standards.
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Own Laptop and Smart Phone is Required
