Wordpress Developer

Lucien Solutions is seeking a skilled and motivated Web Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have a passion for web development and be proficient in front-end and/or back-end technologies. You will work closely with our design and marketing teams to create and maintain visually appealing, user-friendly websites that align with our business goals.

This is a remote position. Candidates from Mumbai preferred. All the communication will be done through email.

Job Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain responsive websites with a focus on user experience and performance using Wordpress, WooCommerce, Shopify and other such platforms.
Collaborate with the design team to design website structure and translate it into responsive websites.
Utilize content management systems (CMS) to manage website content and updates.
Conduct website testing and debugging to ensure optimal performance and identify and resolve issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends, tools, and technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan, prioritize, and execute projects within deadlines.
Optimize websites for speed, scalability, and SEO best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to web applications and functionality.
Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams as needed.
Requirements:

Proven work experience as a WordPress Developer or similar role.
Proficiency in front-end technologies, including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Strong experience with PHP and MySQL.
Familiarity with responsive design principles.
Knowledge of WordPress theme and plugin development.
Knowledge of multiple CMS platforms is necessary.
Ability to customize and extend existing themes and plugins.
Understanding of website performance optimization techniques.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
