We are looking for Developers with an experience of at least 1 year who would be responsible for the WordPress customization and Website development.
• Should have knowledge of plugin/theme development and customization.
• Understanding of custom post types and custom templates.
• Should have worked on the Elementor Plugin and understanding of Elementor Templates.
• The candidate should be able to work on assignments with the least guidance
• Responsible for robust and efficient implementation
• Suggest technical solutions for short and long term
• Participate and lead software design meetings and analyze user needs to determine technical requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and across groups to prepare technical specifications.
• Design and develop high-quality code.
• Test, debug, analyze and fix application problems/issues.
• Work closely with stakeholders to fix issues in a timely fashion.
• Participate in code reviews in accordance with program specifications and coding standards, practices, and conventions, new designs, changes, and enhancements.
• Mentor less-skilled employees
• Interact with stakeholders (internal and external) to support product releases and/or resolve program problems.
• Research and remain informed of new technology and development tools.
Requirements
Required Candidate profile
• Knowledge of popular plugins such as Yoast SEO, Elementor, WPBakery Page Builder is a plus.
• Candidate must have a good working knowledge of Php, Javascript and Jquery
• Familiarity with keyword placement and other SEO best practices is plus
• Experience building user interfaces for websites or web applications
• Candidate should have skills in designing and developing responsive design websites
MUST have hands on experience of WordPress core functions and working concepts
• Comfortable working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
• Ability to understand CSS changes to have consistent style across platforms and browsers
• Ability to convert comprehensive layout and wireframes into working HTML pages
• Must have knowledge of child themes and WordPress templates.
