Responsibilities:
As a valued member of our Work-Based Learning team, you will:
Promote Apprenticeships: Showcase the value of our apprenticeship programs and attract new participants.
Client Engagement: Collaborate with existing clients to meet and exceed monthly and yearly targets.
Independent Management: Take charge of your workload, ensuring high standards in training, assessment, and monitoring.
Industry Impact: Engage across sectors to enhance recycling education and awareness.
Qualifications and Desirable Skills:
Training Qualification: Possess a current adult training delivery qualification.
Assessor Award: Hold an assessor award (TAQA Assessor, PGCE/PTTLS/D32, D33).
Environmental Passion: Display interest in environmental issues.
Industry Experience: Prior work in waste and recycling is advantageous.
