Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, or chats related to customer queries, complaints, and order issues
• Provide support related to product information, delivery status, return and refund processes
• Document all interactions in the internal CRM system accurately
• Follow defined protocols and service levels while handling customer interaction
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills in English and/or Hindi (regional languages a plus)
• Basic computer and typing skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

• Personal laptop or desktop with webcam
• Stable high-speed internet connection
• Quiet and distraction-free workspace at home
