Job Description
Our Partner provides a cloud GTM solution to software sellers, which helps them launch and sell their software across
AWS, Azure, and GCP cloud marketplaces. They enable the modern way to sell software for software sellers
thus helping them close deals faster with increased deal sizes. Additionally, they also enable co-selling motion
with hyperscalers for software sellers.
Criteria
• Strong Backend Engineer profile
• Mandatory (Experience 1) - Must Have Min 5 to 10 Yrs of experience in any Backend skill ( Python / Java / NodeJs / Ruby on Rails / Go, etc )
• Mandatory (Experience 2) - Must have Min 3 YOE with Python.
• Mandatory (Skills) - Must have a Minimum 2+ YOE of in AWS or Azure or GCP
• Mandatory (Company) - Top B2B SaaS Product Companies
• Preferred (Experience) - Must have been promoted in any one of the last 2 Companies
• Mandatory (Education) - BE / B.Tech in CS / IT from Top Tier colleges. (Tier 2 Colleges will be accepted if Candidate has seen good career growth / promotions)
• Mandatory (Education) - Graduation between 2013- 201+
Role & Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and maintain scalable and robust backend services, APIs, and databases.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (frontend engineers, product managers, and designers) to understand.
• product requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the backend engineering team.
• Lead and contribute to architectural decisions, ensuring scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Enforce coding standards and best practices through code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to the evolution and optimization of the overall system architecture.
• Identify and address performance bottlenecks by optimizing code and database queries for speed and efficiency.
• Investigate and resolve backend issues ensuring stability, security, and reliability of our systems Contribute to product.
• implementations and support by working closely with implementations and customer success PoCs.
Ideal Candidate
• Bachelor s or higher degree in Computer Science.
• Proven experience as a senior backend engineer, preferably in a B2B SaaS startup.
• environment Proficient in Python for backend development.
• Familiarity with AWS, Azure, and GCP ecosystems.
• Experience in leading and mentoring mission driven product engineering teams.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
• Familiarity with jango will be a plus.
• Experience in building enterprise-grade B2B SaaS products will be a plus.
