Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Work From Home Inbound Coordinator (Entry Level) to join our customer support team. This position offers the flexibility of remote work and is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in client services and call center operations. The role involves handling inbound customer inquiries, providing exceptional support, and ensuring a positive experience for our clients. Candidates with strong communication skills, computer proficiency, and a customer-focused attitude will thrive in this environment. No prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
Duties
Respond to inbound calls and inquiries from customers in a professional and courteous manner
Assist clients with account information, product details, and service issues
Perform data entry accurately to update customer records and transaction details
Handle customer requests related to billing, scheduling, or general questions
Maintain high levels of phone etiquette and communication skills throughout interactions
Support outbound calling efforts when necessary to follow up or gather additional information
Utilize Microsoft Office tools and other software to document interactions and manage tasks effectively
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns promptly and efficiently
Support team members with administrative tasks such as cash handling or analysis when required
Skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
Experience or familiarity with customer support, client services, or call center environments is preferred but not required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
Excellent phone etiquette and active listening skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
Data entry accuracy with fast typing skills (minimum 40 WPM preferred)
Outbound calling experience is advantageous but not mandatory
Analytical skills for problem-solving and issue resolution
Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining productivity and professionalism
