Key Responsibilities:
• * Respond promptly to IT support requests from users, resolving technical issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity.
• * Perform remote diagnostics and troubleshooting to address technical problems efficiently.
• * Install, configure, and maintain software and hardware for end users, ensuring compatibility with existing systems.
• * Maintain accurate records of service requests and resolutions in the companys ticketing system.
• * Assist with system updates, patches, and backups to ensure data integrity and security.
• * Provide guidance and training to end users on best practices for IT usage and troubleshooting.
• * Collaborate with internal IT teams to address more complex technical issues and implement IT solutions.
• * Provide timely follow-up to ensure resolution of technical problems and satisfaction of the end users.
• * Ensure compliance with security policies and procedures to protect company data.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * Proven experience in IT support or helpdesk roles, with a strong understanding of common operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• * Excellent knowledge of network configurations, troubleshooting, and hardware setup.
• * Proficient in troubleshooting software, network, and hardware issues remotely.
• * Familiarity with remote access software and diagnostic tools.
• * Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to provide clear instructions and explanations to users.
• * Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively.
• * Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Experience:
• * Minimum of 2 years of experience in an IT support or helpdesk position.
• * Hands-on experience with common IT support tasks such as system configurations, remote troubleshooting, and network setups.
• * Experience working in a remote work environment is preferred but not mandatory.
• Working Hours:
