The opportunity:
We are looking for an Analyst, Accounts Payable with a key focus on day-to-day Invoice processing activities. The Analyst, Accounts Payable is responsible for timely processing of Invoices of Suppliers, handling invoice related queries and responding to stakeholders, Daily Supplier expense tracking, passing re-class entries and assisting the Lead Accounts Payable in various other AP related activities.
Responsibilities
• Processing day to day invoices of Suppliers (international entities), after taking approvals
• Ensure accounting of all PO and non-PO based invoices along with proper documentation
• Handle Suppliers queries related to invoices and reconciliations
• Follow up of Prepayment invoices
• Post re-class entries in Oracle fusion during month-end
• Preparation / review of expense provisions at month-end
• Handling internal and statutory audit in terms of providing data and responding to queries
Qualifications And Prerequisites
• Bachelor’s/Masters degree with accounting, finance, or business administration
• Working knowledge of Oracle Fusion - Accounts Payable module
• Knowledge of AP processes, India and International taxation
• Knowledge of MS excel, Power Point
• Strong communication skills and capable of handling internal and external stake holders
• Adherence to Company policies, procedures and/or any other guidance notes.
