Job Description
About the Role
If you want meaningful client relationships, real autonomy, and the ability to shape a growing region and be paid above the Nurses Award, but don't want to be stuck in a nursing facility or limited to desk-only nursing work, this hybrid work-from-home / on-the-road position is for you!
We're looking for a Registered Nurse (RN) who is a confident communicator and organised self-starter to help Santa Clara Home Care build its local presence, build our workforce, and deliver exceptional client care in Wollongong and surrounding areas. Working under the guidance of our Care Manager based at our Head Office in Mascot NSW, you'll have the autonomy to shape service delivery while being supported by an experienced leadership team.
