This role will partner with leaders across our 25 locations to ensure compliance with regulations and assist in building a safety culture throughout the group.Key responsibilities include:- Develop and implement health and safety policies, procedures and programs- Conduct regular safety site inspections and risk assessments- Investigate and report on incidents, accidents and near misses- Provide education and training- Ensure compliance with safety regulations- Collaborate with management to develop safety improvement strategies- Monitor workplace conditions and the use of PPE- Advise on corrective actions and preventative measures- Collaborate in Return-to-Work Programs with an outsourced provider- Promote a safety cultureExperience required:- Minimum 5 years WHS experience- Hold a qualification in WHS- Thorough knowledge of WHS laws and regulations- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work as part of a National TeamWe offer:- Competitive salary including Company Vehicle- Free Titans tickets for home games- In-house restaurant/café- Quarterly and annual awards and recognition for high achievers- Discounted Bupa Private Health Insurance- Employee Assistance Program (EAP)- Exclusive discounts with our Samsung Partnership Program- Discounted Gym membershipsAll Frizelle Sunshine employees must be entitled to work in Australia, complete a Federal Police Check and a Traffic History (QLD) or Driving Record (NSW) check.
