In this role, you'll:
Working as part of a team delivering work health and safety activities across the unit, including Safety Management System (SMS) implementation, reporting, documentation management, administrative support and program delivery.
This role will see you undertake WHS activities such as monitoring and reporting on milestones, updating and collating WHS documentation, conducting basic WHS research and analysis, supporting program implementation, coordinating administrative tasks, assisting stakeholders to identify and manage psychosocial hazards, and contributing to improved safety outcomes.
You will support efficient WHS program delivery and service outcomes in a diverse environment defined by competing priorities, varied stakeholder needs, the need to interpret and resolve issues, and ongoing organisational change.
There are 4 permanent vacancies 2 based at Sydney & 1 at Wollongong and 1 at Parkes.

About you
Your WHS knowledge, organisational capability, communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to support risk management and administrative processes formed across work health and safety, administrative support roles, operational environments and stakeholder‑facing functions will see you excel in resolving issues, supporting program delivery, and maintaining documentation and reporting accuracy to lead to improved WHS outcomes and consistent implementation of safety processes.
You’re recognized as a collaborative and customer‑focused team contributor, skilled at supporting WHS tasks, coordinating documentation, and assisting with program implementation, experienced in WHS support work, stakeholder communication, research and analysis, and administrative coordination across WHS programs.
