About the Role
The Work Health and Safety (WHS) Partner works across the organisation to foster positive working relationships by partnering with the relevant business unit to ensure the organisation is supported in meeting WHS obligations
With best practice in mind the position contributes to the development and review of policies, procedures and initiatives within the organisation that support a healthy and safe workplace
Delivers quality reporting on various WHS activities, ensuring that all actions and outputs meet legislative and Performance Standards for Self-Insurer (PSSI) requirements
Collaboration with key stakeholders. The position facilitates WHS site inspections, audits, risk assessments, incident investigations and reviews, as well as undertaking root cause analysis, and developing and implementing control measures and prevention strategies
Provide backup support to the Injury Management, Prevention and Wellbeing Coordinator

Experience across indoor and outdoor environments is an advantage. WHS qualifications are highly desirable, but we welcome applications from those with proven experience in similar roles.
