What You Will Do:

Work migration activities within the Oil and Gas industry.
Develop and implement flow charts to map business and work processes.
Organize discussions with customer to understand requirements and map out supporting documentations
Get appropriate alignment and approval from customers
Interface with India execution team to understand execution plan and communicate with customer stakeholders
Standardize work processes by utilizing industry best practices.
Coordinate work activities to align with business expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution.
Utilize Microsoft Office, SharePoint, and Visio to support project documentation and communication.
Apply strong business acumen to understand and align project goals with business objectives.

Required Skills and Experience

Skills & Tools:

For Upstream Oil and Gas regulations, perform initial applicability and data analysis on environmental regulations for air, water, and waste, and evaluate alternatives to meet compliance requirements, articulate recommendations.
Expertise in ESG reporting and assurance processes.
Familiarity with lifecycle assessment (LCA) and carbon accounting methodologies.
Participate in sustainability initiatives in the organization.
Ensure data collection methods and practices comply with local, state, and federal environmental regulations and standards.
Prepare reports to demonstrate compliance with environmental permits and regulations
Record and organize collected data systematically, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Facilitate communication and coordination between internal teams to ensure timely and accurate reporting and compliance.


What You Will Bring:

Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Engineering.
5 to 7 years of relevant experience in the Oil and Gas industry (Good to have field experience in a Refinery or Upstream production plant).
Any experience in the Oil & Gas industry across Upstream, Midstream and Downstream.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in project management or a related field.
Experience with other project management tools and software.

Work Experience



Pay Range: $70,000 to $90,000

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.


Work Requirements:

This role is considered an on-site position located in Houston, TX

You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
