Work Package Development Engineer
Job Summary
This role involves working collaboratively with various teams to oversee the development and implementation of Work Packages for a major project. The successful candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to analyze complex information and develop effective solutions.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement Work Packages in accordance with project requirements
- Collaborate with project controls teams, planners, and other stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of Work Packages and Advance Work Packaging efforts
- Facilitate planning discussions and manage constraints to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct readiness reviews and provide input on Work Package sequencing
- Coordinate with procurement and engineering teams to allocate resources and materials to respective Work Packages
- Analyze and validate Work Package sequencing to ensure alignment with project priorities
- Collaborate with sub-contractors and internal stakeholders to ensure effective Work Package development and implementation

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (or international equivalent)
- 2-5 years of relevant experience or 6-+ years of relevant work experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to analyze complex information and develop effective solutions
- Proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet, and technical database applications
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
