About the Role:
The HR Change Delivery Analyst will be part of the Standard Chartered HR Transformation team and will report to the Design Authority Lead for SF Recruiting Project.
This role will be responsible for supporting the Design Authority lead for the day-to-day running of the Design Authority (DA). The DA is responsible for defining the Programme Blueprint, ensuring that all proposed initiatives align with the Blueprint, governing the acceptability of the key deliverables and maintaining the overall integrity of the programme and its subsidiary initiatives.
Responsibilities
The candidate would work together with Design Authority Lead to do the following:
• Track decision outputs and follow-on actions and maintain the central Decision Tracker
• Ensure all information required to make an informed decision is gathered and presented
• Engage with all relevant stakeholders needed to contribute to decisions
• Identify and prioritise programme requirements and decision points that the project teams need to bring to the Design Authority
• Schedule, present and host the Design Authority regularly in accordance with the agreed Terms of Reference
• Ensure SuccessFactors follows other HR governance structures and pass DA decisions to the appropriate forum
• Prepare and review the recommendation proposal for each decision to the Design Authority
• Maintain appropriate documentation (i.e., JIRA decisions log and actions tracker)
• Assign follow-on actions and hold attendees responsible for their assigned actions
• Support the compliance of design decisions with policies, standards, and organisational constraints
• Undertake the analysis required to support decisions, including the impact and benefits
• Contribute to the overall programme design in consultation with, and through facilitation of, cross-functional teams and technical experts
• Ensure that design decisions adhere to the overall programme design principles and the wider portfolio
