As a Work Rider in the event management industry, you will play a crucial behind-the-scenes role in ensuring smooth execution of events by handling transportation and on-ground logistics. You will be responsible for timely delivery and pickup of event materials, assisting with setup and teardown at venues, and providing support to the event operations team as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Transport event materials, décor, and equipment to and from venues safely and on time.
Assist with the setup and dismantling of event infrastructure (banners, stands, lights, etc.).
Run errands during events (e.g., food runs, supply pickups, last-minute deliveries).
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for pickups or deliveries.
Ensure proper care of company vehicle/bike and maintain travel logs.
Support the event team with miscellaneous tasks before, during, and after events.
Skills & Qualifications:
Valid driving license (bike or light motor vehicle).
Familiarity with city routes and traffic norms.
Punctual, responsible, and efficient under pressure.
Basic understanding of event management is a plus.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
