Job Duties and Responsibilities
Manage existing Workday BIRT solutions deployed in production.
Collaborate with business and technical teams on BIRT design and maintenance decisions.
Design and develop custom BIRT solutions and conduct unit testing.
Provide support for any issues related to BIRT solution.
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data and applications through analysis, coding, clear documentation and problem resolution.
Analyze and translate business and functional specifications and change requests into technical specifications.
Understand and follow defined integration/development standards and best practices.
Understand and ensure security and data privacy standards.
Owns and develops operational plans for critical HR Technology programs for an assigned area, ensuring programs are delivered consistently, timely, and compliantly.
Recommends and implements HR Technology policies and procedures, consistent with requirements and adjustments, for the unique needs of the assigned area.
Develops and delivers training on HR Technology to increase adoption.
Qualifications
3+ years of Workday with Workday BIRT Report Writing.
3+ years of experience in Workday interface architecture.
3+ years of demonstrated expertise in Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, Dashboard’s, Discovery Boards, EIB in Workday HCM core and one or more functions like Recruiting, Talent, Compensation & Advance Compensation, etc.
Ability to work and coordinate with business users.
Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with team members and leadership.
Strong attention to detail, problem solving, troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle both planned and unplanned responsibilities.
Ability to prioritize workload and execute tasks independently, providing timely follow-up and resolution.
Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
