Role: Consultant / Sr. Consultant (Workday)

Education
" Bachelor's degree in CIS (Computer Information Systems) or MIS (Management Information Systems) preferred
Must Have Skills :
" Senior Consultant role - Around 10+ years overall IT development experience, out of which at least 7 years relevant HCM experience (Minimum 3 years in Workday and remaining in SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle)
" Consultant role - Around 7+ years overall IT development experience, out of which at least 4 years relevant HCM experience (Minimum 3 years in Workday and remaining in SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle)
Must - have technical skills and experience
This position while is based in Mumbai, would be supporting the global HCM processes and integration.
• 7 to 10 years overall IT development experience, out of which at least 4-7 years relevant HCM experience (Minimum 3 years in Workday and remaining can be in SAP, Oracle, Peoplesoft)
• Should have experience in designing and building integrations using tools like Workday Studio, Core Connector (PECI/PICOF), Document Transformation (DT) and EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder)
• Experience with one of the scripting technologies - Java, XLST, .NET, Python and/or PL/SQL
