Workday Integration Developer

Your role.
Your work will include, but not be limited to:
• Collaborate with internal teams to architect, develop, validate, and implement new Workday integrations based on requirements, enterprise standards, and defined design patterns.
• Collaborate with third-party vendors to develop and test external Workday integrations.
• Maintain and support existing Workday integrations.
• Create and maintain design documents and technical support documents for all Workday integrations.
• Support staff during interface testing.
• Participate and provide technical leadership in all phases of new integration projects from discovery and planning through implementation and support.
• Troubleshoot and solve multiple issues concurrently. Coordinate and collaborate with other staff to resolve issues.
• Complete development to address bugs and provide enhancement requests.
• Participating in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in regular Workday meetings and project meetings to provide technical recommendations, advice, and to answer interface related questions.
• Participate and provide insight and guidance in projects to implement new Workday modules.
The Qualifications.
• Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with modern web application, enterprise application development platforms and integrations.
• Experience with Workday development and Workday Studio are required.
• Workday provided training and certification to receive the Workday Implementer role is required.
• Experience with SOAP and REST APIs are required.
• Strong coding, debugging, and troubleshooting skills with a solid problem-solving experience.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conceptualize and articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
• This position may require some local and national travel.
