🚨Position : Workday Subject Matter Expert (SME)
💼 Exp Level: 7+ years of experience
📍 Location: Vizag/Hyderabad
Shift Timings: 2:00PM IST to 11:00PM IST (Should be flexible for Rotational Shift)

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the primary SME for Workday functionality including:
3–5+ years of hands-on Workday experience
Strong expertise in:
Core HCM
Absence Managemento Performance/Talent
Advanced Compensation
Benefits
Payroll
Recruiting
Workday Adaptive Planning
Business Process Framework
Reporting and Calculated Fields
EIB
Experience supporting enterprise HR systems and workforce planning
processes
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
Ability to translate business requirements into system configurations
