Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced Workday Payroll Business Systems Analyst (BSA III) to join our team in a fully remote capacity. This role requires a hands-on professional who can lead functional design, gather requirements, and actively configure Workday solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead product design sessions and gather both functional and technical requirements
• Translate business needs into system configurations and detailed documentation
• Perform hands-on configuration within Workday Payroll and related modules
• Provide ongoing system support, including post-production issue resolution
• Partner with business stakeholders to optimize payroll and HR processes
• Support enhancements across Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules
Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience working with large ERP applications, including product design, requirements gathering, and system support
• 5+ years of hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting:
• Workday Payroll (U.S.)
• U.S. Multi-State Payroll (expert-level knowledge)
• EIB creation and processing
• Post-production support and issue resolution
• Workday Absence and Time Tracking
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with Workday Payroll for Canada
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
