Overview
Seeking a Workers’ Compensation Attorney to manage cases end-to-end, represent clients in legal proceedings, and handle all aspects of case strategy and resolution.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage Workers’ Compensation cases from intake through resolution
• Represent clients in hearings, depositions, and related proceedings
• Draft and review legal documents (motions, pleadings, settlements)
• Develop case strategies and ensure regulatory compliance
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and opposing counsel
Requirements
• JD from an accredited law school
• Active membership with the California Bar
• Experience handling Workers’ Compensation cases
• Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
• Experience handling high-volume caseloads
• Strong litigation and settlement background
