Join our ACT team as a Workers' Compensation Claims Consultant.In this frontline role, youll manage a portfolio of 6065 specialised claims from notification to finalisation, delivering exceptional service to insured clients and stakeholders. This is a permanent full-time role based in Ngambri and Ngunnawal Country (Canberra).
What You'll Do Manage a portfolio of 6065 specialised Workers Compensation claims from notification to finalisation Deliver exceptional customer service to insured clients, brokers, and internal stakeholders Drive injury management strategies to support optimal return-to-work outcomes Conduct regular claim reviews to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory KPIs Collaborate with underwriters to support policy retention and accurate reserving Monitor financial performance of high-value claims to mitigate portfolio risk
What You'll Bring Minimum 3 years experience in Workers Compensation claims management Strong understanding of injury management and return-to-work strategies Proven ability to manage complex claims, including court matters and solicitor engagement Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills High attention to detail with strong financial and reserving acumen Resilience, empathy, and a customer-first mindset in a fast-paced environment
